I'm still getting debited

I wrote a complaint about African Bank in March saying I want nothing to do with them, I was given a ridiculous bill to settle and I did but I'm still getting debited for insurance every month I did email Zelda asking her how come I am still getting debited she did not attempt to reply to any of my emails. I now request for all my details to be removed off African banks system with immediate effect.
