I haven't received my phone and no one cares.

I bought a phone via African Bank and I paid R5990.00 cash only to find that they don't have the colour of that hone that I requested and they logged the complain and the lady by the name of Busisiwe she said they will call me and no one called me and I called at the branch where I app**** for the phone and the lady by the Name of Ntombi said she will make a follow up but nothing is happening and no one is updating me its like now I was ddonating with that money. All I want from them now is to bring my money back I will buy the phone myself.
