I haven’t experienced such incompetency in a long while.

I haven’t experienced such incompetency in a long while.

First I called ********** 1011 only to be told that I cannot be assisted because I am unable to verify my residential address. Really??? How many impersonators have successfully verified the residential address and then committed *****??? Anyway, my intention was merely to inform you, African Bank that: On the 16 November 2016, in Pretoria, it was ordered by the High Court of South Africa, that my estate be placed in the hands of the Master of the High Court. A copy of the Court Order (Case 79971/15) is attached. The Master of the High Court has already appointed a trustee. I want to encourage you to submit your claim against the insolvent estate, with the trustee.

The second consultant that I speak to tells me to call (011) ********** . Well, if you want people who do not know the extension or name of the person which they are meant to speak to, fix your telephone system. The voice instructs the caller to press and zero if they don’t know the extension number but then repeats the options, over and over again. Ask for your money back! That system is *******. Do with this info what you like. I don’t give a rats whether or not you submit a claim to recover the funds. My estate is insolvent. It’s that simple. Call me if you want more information about the Trustee.
