I have purchased a phone from Bears Parow Centre that closed down long ago which African Bank financed it gave me trouble i took it back ,i phoned the sales lady was not in no one else could assist me ,the other lady told me they are closing down

I have purchased a phone from Bears Parow Centre that closed down long ago which African Bank financed it gave me trouble i took it back ,i phoned the sales lady was not in no one else could assist me ,the other lady told me they are closing down .I asked her now what about my phone she could not give me answer . How could i pay for an item i dont have ? I'm sure insurance covered that ,I phoned the store funny to hear my name is not even on the system so why am I still paying???? African Bank keep on phoning after I send an email this is now to. Verify it's me but by the time I answer they just hang up and send an email we couldn't reach you without trying again ,I'm fed up because this debt is really old and should've been written off they just want to make money and it's appearing on my credit report really now African Bank sort this mess out .
