I have paid off my accounts but I_A|_m still listed o

I paid off my account through Mauritz breytenbach attorneys, I have received a settlement letter from them but my account still shows an outstanding balance with African bank and I'm still listed on ITC<br> <br> What was the point of paying the account if you don't update that information on your system or ITC, your consultants are so RUDE you cannot get any constructive information from them <br> <br> <br> I want my name cleared and account closed from your side as well!!!<br>
