I don_A|_t receive service a statement nor a balance
In 2012 I took out a loan with African bank to date I have not received a statement nor a balance of what I owe them for all that I know it could have being paid off already. But African bank is fast to debit the money from my account! What to do to get a statement .. I don't receive service
