I curse the day I initiated business with AFRICAN BANK ??

I curse the day I initiated doing business with African Bank. I have a loan with them which I haven’t been able to pay consistently for a number of months. On every occasion I would make arrangements with them and pay the little I could afford. They have now been sending sms’ to say a tracer will be sent to my home or workplace, I have phoned them and the consultant that was assisting said regardless of me making arrangements they will still send the tracer so I can confirm the arrangement with my signature. I then asked who the tracer is and they said they don’t know, how do you not know when it’s you sending the person to look for me? Now today I get a letter at my door, with no letterhead, not addressed to anyone stating that I must contact this person because my account has been handed over and that they have legal documents for me. I find this unacceptable and unprofessional surely my telephone conversations with them are recorded and can be used as proof of the arrangement. I don’t quite understand why they would want to harass and embarrass people like this and more so that I have been in contact with them regarding my financial constraints. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to conduct any form of business with them because they run their bank in an ********* manner. Can’t wait for the day I pay them off
