I cant buy using their card
On 2015/09/05 I made a withdrawal and left a positive balance on my card and I got the sms confirmation.now im trying to use it at the stores it is declining as to why I dont know because I left a positive balance and if any money was withdrawn they were to send an sms as usually to inform me.when I check the card for expire date it is still valid, now I dont get the real reason why I cant use it.if the is a problem why didnt they inforn me first before I became a laughing thing at the stores.
