I can't access my account cause they don't wanna unblock it

I recently blocked my online services with African bank cause I lost my phone I got a new phone and went to the branch to unblock my online banking services. When I got home I couldn't transact anything I've been busy calling them since then but no one is helping me. This is the most unacceptable treatment I'm getting from this bank I just wanna access the my account and close this account with them cause the services is very poor.
