I cannot withdraw My savings. This high interest rate is a ****.

When they wanted me to invest, it was easy. Now that I want to withdraw, am being sent from pillar to post. They tell me that their system has errors and will be resolved within 7 days. & days comes and pass. I call again, then I get a message that my withdrawal will be cleared in 48 hours. 48 hours comes and pass. Am still waiting for the withdrawal from my savings until now. Very unprofessional service.
