I am very sad

I app**** for credit card on-line, they told me that i qualify for a certain amount and they advised me to go to the nearest branch with the requested documents to collect the card, i went to the branch then we did all the necessary checking then the system reject my application it was on Friday 13th of February 2015 then on Monday 16/02/2015 i received a call from African bank they told me to come and collect the card as the was something wrong with the system. i went there they gave me the card, signed the contract and they told me to wait for 24hrs as they have to confirm my employment. I was so exited that i will finally got the credit card so now i just phone the call center to do follow ups as i didn't receive the money yet, they say this is not yet confirmed i might not get the credit, how come they phoned me to come to collect and sign but now is not possible???? that's a torch-er you harassing peoples feelings.
