I am still waiting for feedback

I wrote a report here days back and I was informed almost everyday that my query will be sorted out on the 5th of November. Till today I have not received any kind of feedback. Till today my credit record has not been updated. My account was last updated in August and this is affecting my credit score.<br> <br> My I scream, swear and shout in order to get feedback????<br> <br> This is not professional at all.
