i am so disappointed on you African bank

i was drawing money on ABSA bank atm and the money didn't come out of the atm and i was notified that the money has been withdrawn and my balance also showed that the money has been withdrawn. i immediately contacted Absa and they say i must take it up with my bank. tjoo african bank😒 told me that i will pay what ever that i still dont understand but all in all i wasn't helped by my bank and my money is still missing. people african bank is a disappointment 😞
