I am not given a reference number to pay
I've been sending my wife to the branch to go and pay my loans as I am unable to go there myself as I am extremely busy. When she got there they said she cnt pay here as they need a reference numbewr to pay and they cannot give it to her without my finger print. Can't my account be traced with my ID. My accounts are now in arrears.
