I am disgusted

I received a call from African bank stating that i am owing them 38000 I took out a loan of 30***0 in 2012. I am told that i am in arrears for 24000. the agreed debit was 1500 a month on 0310/2013 I phoned and asked them to reduce the debit amount to R800 for 2 months that was done however i found out today that the original devit was never re-instated. so I have been paying R800 since October 2013. I have not received any notice or any statement from African bank no calls at all and today I find out you have listed me I am disgusted at that. If I paid 1500 for around 09 months that works out to R13500 then if they only debited R800 from October 2013 to date which is almost which is 800x 23 months R18400. So I have to date paid R31900. I Cannot accept that you have listed me and never contacted me within this last 23 months enquiring or advising of the listing I need this to be looked at. The call and arrangement that was made in 2013 needs to be listened to and i want my name removed from ITC<br> <br>
