I am desgusted by African Bank

I am shaking and in tears as I write this. Today the 31st of May 2019, a white woman walked into my work place. She was asked to complete a register with the reception. She started shouting and said she is from African Bank n therefore she won't write it. There were clients waiting for me n she started speaking with her voice loud that she is a tracer n need my details. I told her I am not comfortable can we kindly call African Bank for me to confirm. Which we did n she said she is not comfortable working with a black woman. I said u r accompanied by a black woman n yet u talk like that. African Bank has no respect for consumers. For some1 to shout my private business in front of my clients n staff is totally unacceptable. She could have called me first. I regret ever walking into an African Bank
