I am being *****ed by African Bank

I had a loan with African Bank which when I ran into financial trouble they agreed to have me pay half of the instalment - without letting me now that the balance would be recorded as defaults on my credit profile. To clear the record I had to pay the full amount in full - which I have done. Despite calls several calls to them to update the relevant credit bureaux, they still haven't done so. When they wanted their money they were quick to act, now its my turn, I have fulfilled my end of the deal and now that they have their money - I am the one being *****ed!
