HUGE DELAY IN CREDIT APPLICATION

After doing an online loan application on the 4th October 2021 I was told that it will take 48hours to process then outcome will be given ,still to date after numerous calls to africanbank still no communication as to what is going on and the deadline of 48hours has long passed can someone atleast tell me what the hold up is and why the process is taking so long, I've submitted everything as requested and just ask that you atleast stick to the turnaround time that was initially given....
