huge amount taken from my accoount

hellopeter<br> <br> somewhere in October I called Africanbank to make arrangements for my loan,I spoke to a guy called maile we agreed on R200 for both my accounts.to my surprise today an amount R617.25+R551.25 was deducted from my account.when I call the call center I was told that the guy didn't process my arrangements because I called during the month of October.can someone please sort this issue out<br>
