How's About Some Good Old Customer Service

I recently contacted African Bank after I found out that a credit card under prescribed debt was still attached to my name and was affecting my credit record. I contacted the collecting agent assigned to the case and paid a settlement amount. This was then communicated through to African Bank. I e-mailed African Bank to follow up that they have indeed instructed the credit bureau's and received a reply a reply a day later stating that they could reach me on an old number I once had. I rep**** 30 minutes later with my new number and I'm still waiting for a call 3 weeks later.
