How much longer...!

I am at a total loss! Application has been going on since the 3rd of August, and I am no where closer than I was 2 weeks ago. I have submitted all documentation, get advised that it has been sent for review. Great! But then, on checking the app, it has reverted back to documentation needs to be submitted. This is rather urgent, but I am feeling that maybe I should cancel the whole thing...
