How long does it take to get feedback

I app**** yesterday at a branch, and I don't have feedback. How long does it actually take to get feedback, the last time it took 2 weeks, do I still need to wait for 2 weeks before I get a response. And I don't understand why I need to restart the whole process if I am already a client and have been making payments on time. It should be smooth sailing this time round.
