How long does it take to get a loan????

After numerous occasions visiting the branch and filling and filling out numerous applications, I still have not been helped. Even though the application was pre-approved and documents signed, Head Office are unable to confirm employment with my Companys' HR Department.<br> <br> Letter of Confirmation was given and all documents that needs to go with the application. Why is is that in order to borrow R4000.00 with an interest rate of 38% is this so difficult to obtain.<br> <br> The problem is not the Branch itself, as their consultants are friendly and very helpful (Mario and Chanei), the problem is the Head Office that us not living up to Customer expectations.<br> <br> African Bank needs to get it's ducks in a row!
