How is African bank still in business?

African bank has been asking me to submit documents, which I've been doing for the passed 2 months, I keep getting a message saying that they are still waiting for my documents. I've sent them countless time via email and the app. They never phone me back, I have to phone them just to get told the same BS over and over again. I am beyond frustrated, I have never experienced such poor customer care in my life. I will never use them again and I urge anyone thinking about using African bank to rather look elsewhere.
