How are your dealers approved

Last year I bought a vehicle via African Bank Vehicle Finance, a month later the car had massive problems and I took it to Audi and they did all the diagnostics and told me that the car was suppose to be written, I had added the extended warranty with Innovation Group, the warranty was cancelled because of that, I spoke to the dealer and they didn't give me the positive response, I sent the documents to the bank's CPA Dept hoping that they will partner with me on this as its state that within 6 Months the bank must help the buyer resolve the case if the dealer refuses, later I was told that the bank gave me a personal loan, I asked them how is it a personal loan if the money was paid straight to the dealer as I would have reversed the money. They eventually told me that no they can't help me on this one I have to pay for the next 6 years with the car that I don't use, I took the matter to the regional CPA they also advised that the bank has to partner with me on this as its still under 6 months, the matter was then elevated to the MIOSA, so what I need to know is does this bank really has vehicle finance or they are deceiving us, if so please reposes this car.<br>
