Horrified. Disgusted
All I want is to withdraw from a fixed deposit, the push notification is not coming through while on the call with the consultant. I have spoken to three consultants they keep promising to call me back and no one does. Im now at the branch and it took branch support 15 min to answer the phone. Haibo guys this is unacceptable. You honestly don't deserve the 1 star rating
