HORRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER EVER:Double debitted & EXCUSES FOR MY REFUND

As always horrible service, it hasn't even been a few months again I experience the incompency from African Bank Funerals, you guys just never cease to amaze me, its HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS IS HORRIBLE, you should learn from other service providers like miway, Outsurance etc. Just in may I was told Im owing, I sent statement of payments, no apology from you, now in July you debit my account twice, with Debit check and EFt debit order how worse can you get, I send statements I call to enquire using my airtime because I knkw ypu werent gona call, Im told about a certify copy blah blah 7 working days refund, are you even real, is your company owned by sane people who have compassion and humanity i dont think so. 1st you inconvenient me then its my baby that u need a certfied copy, i must now make a plan cos of ur incompetency.. I want my refund, i have to be financially inconvenienced by your patheticness.. I regret the day i had this policy with you.. And i would never recommend anyone to take any of ur service.
