Horrible service

I am having challenges with Dorren at African Bank Kempton park,i went there to get a bank statement of my late brother,i submitted all required documents explained to her that i need this as i am in process to apply for the letter of authority from court, the lady assisted me and asked that i contact her after 7 days. I sent her an email requesting statement, but nothing happened. I called her she was in leave, she requested that i call when she is back. I called her again she told me that she was doing stock taking but her tone i could hear that she is trying to avoid me...hai stop with nonsense guys please, don't run business like ****a shop..
