Horrible service

I apply for a cresit card and approved, now to use it and pay someone (beneficiary) I had to open a my world account, took the bank forever for the acc to be active, had to do it twice, nevertheless now its open and active but now cant transact, only interaccount transfers, I still can't pay someone outside, Ive asking for helo, customer care and branch numerous times, up untill now no help, the ladies that assited me is Zanele and Deneo, using their names as references. Deneo shame really really tried her best with no sucsses, the department that is supposed to assist is assisting me. Ive decided to close the account beuase whats the point of having it if I can't transact. I don't want any charges because Ive tried numerous times to resolve this but still no one care at African bank. Khaya-***
