Horrible service

<p>I took a loan which I have to pay R2608,11 every month but I couldn't afford that amount so I called African bank and explained to them and I made an agreement with them that I can pay R2347,30 then in the month of March they deducted that amount but in May I didn't pay the loan and they didn't call to find out why wasn't the payment made and in April they sent a tracer at my workplace I made arrangements with the tracer that I'll be able to pay R1200 because of the salary reduction and the traser said I'll start paying the R1200 from June the 25th now the African bank deducted R168,75 and R2608,11 double in the month of May I called and they said I didn't pay in the month of May but that was not agreed on and</p>
