Horrible service
Visited a branch yesterday wanting to apply for a debt consolidation loan. The lady did not even bother to enter my details on the system. Said if your in arrears the system will automatically decline. Why are you advertising your services if you have such unprofessional and unfriendly staff assisting the public???
