Horrible service

A woman by the name of Nokwanda from Engcobo African Bank branch is rude and so unprofessional. I've delt with other service providers and never have I seen such atrocious behaviour coming from a consultant who represents such a reputable institution. This woman did'nt just refuse to assist but she said she was fedup of my brother's application. The attitude was of another magnitude. I've delt with different branches of that bank and I've never seen such. Ill mannered woman who does'nt deserve to be in a customer facing role.
