Horrible service

I received a horrible service from the investment team on the 24th Monday 2023 morning around 9am I spoke to humphrey tselaakgothu requesting for an early withdrawal to my fnb account he advised me of the fee that would be charged I agreed to that as well as to the terms and conditions

To date I haven't received my money I then called back on the 2nd May 2023 spoke to promise ndinisa who was rude she dropped the call on my ear.

I was later contacted by mfundo team leader who was not helpful at all he advised that I would be contacted first thing in the morning its now 9:53 I still have not been contacted

I'm very much unhappy with the bad service I received
