HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have a credit card with African Bank that expired last year & I didn't renew it because I knew that I will use it during past long weekend, I went to this useless Bank to get a new credit card (Emalahleni Save Ways Branch) but they had issues with my fingerprints & they said I must go to Department of Home Affairs to get HANIS verification certificate , that was on the 18.04.2023 but even today they didn't help me yesterday I called the head office @ *** but they said I must go back to the branch that I did but Thembeka she told me is not done yet , she took my cell phone numbers again for the third time claiming to call me im still waiting even now , im so disappointed with this useless African Bank , after I've been their customer for more than 10 years.
