Horrible experience. African bank

I wish would like to share my horrible experience. I am a standard bank client but was advised to make a loan application with African Bank as they are supposedly the best with loans and personal loans.so on Monday I app**** online and it wasn't even a hour and I received good service with the operater requesting that I take my paperwork to my nearest branch which is Benoni.on the Wednesday I took it in and thought o.k all is well.next Monday I decided to call the main office to inquire and was told no paperwork was received. So irritated I went back to the branch to do it again.on Tuesday I received a call to say my application was denied due to no paperwork. And that I should apply at the branch.now I am just irritated but o.k so I went and after 6 trips of this is needed and that isn't correct and irritating my employers I was told that my application was unsuccessful due to my payslips not being correct with with my bank statements. When I asked if I couldnt ask my hr to fix this I was told to re apply in 30 days.

It was an absolute nightmare and would not in good faith recommend African Bank.
