Horrible experience

Horrible experience .I did a application for a loan on Thursday then they phoned me to say i must come in to the bank ,so i went in on Saturday and I was sitting for 2 hours there because of their systems that was making problems .Eventually they said that it was approved and that the money will be in my account after 48 hours .Monday they phoned me to say i must come back again because the system is a mess witch is unacceptable .
