Horrible customer service at African bank

I had an appauling experience at African bank, I deposited money using their deposit machine and one of the notes were teared by the machine, I called the consultant there who told me they don't keep money at the branch therefore I should go to Nedbank an opposite bank to request for the R100 note to be exchanged, when I got to Nedbank they said because the note wasn't teared by their machine they can't help I should go to my bank so I went back to my bank and no assistance was provided, I was told they don't have stationary to put the notes together, this is really appauling customer service, I'm flabbergasted that I would get this kind of service from a bank I'm using. I have been singing your praises especially regarding the benefits you offer but I'm really disappointed and am looking at having a competent bank to handle my account, a bank who will go the extra mile to help their client not this nonsense corner shop customer service you provide.
