Horrible customer service and could resolve a simple issue

I have an account with you and you guys blocked my account without informing me and now that the is funds in the account I cannot access my funds and it's been three days that my funds have been sitting there with no caring whether my kids or me the client die of hunger... One guy sounded like they were eating over the phone while my kids starve. Since Friday when the money came in my account I felt like my problems have ended and In the morning woke up borrow my for transport to town got to town my account is not working went into the branch incident was recorded and now it's Monday and I still cannot access my funds... Tell me which bank can't assist it's own clients with unblocking an account that it has to take 3 days to resolve this easy query... And today I am at a branch again and they say i must wait for feedback in the next few days, while my kids starve at home and theirs are fully fed... Today only the police will come remove me here if I don't get my funds to feed my kids... #dotherightthing
