Horrible Customer Experience from African Bank [2 Loan Accounts]

I have had a horrible experience with African Bank regarding updating my credit bureau records. I paid my 2 African Bank accounts on the 20th of November 2019 and requested they are updated. The agent told me African Bank updates records between 01st and the 07th of every month in batches. I am writing today frustrated as I have now been given a different excuse that my accounts can be updated with ITC 21 working days after payment date.

This is horrible. Nothing stops African Bank from sending weekly batches to Transunion and Compuscan. The bank has a very active Sales and Collections workforce but seems to suck at doing the right thing when customers pay their accounts. Please resolve these matters
