Horrible cst service from African Bank and Partners

Had several accounts with AB and had taken a consolidation loan to pay off all accounts, all this has happened in January. Every account has been paid in full. I contacted AB to update my profile and status with the bureaus but they refer me to the collection agents, contact the collection agents they refer me to the bureaus, contact them and they refer me back to the creditors, so I am at my wits end, I want my name cleared with the bureaus and sorted and stop getting the run around, I am being held ransom for something that has been sorted
