Horrible Company with horrible customer service

Up to date i haven't received my refund, being told stories, I was even put on hold while i requested to speak to a supervisor by Nontokozo, you guys are such a ****, your inhuman, you just a bad bad company. From 2019 till to date i have never received any good service from you, no ome is ever available to assist but you quick to go into your client's accounts and double debit sies you should be ashamed of yourself.
