Horrible bank
Horrible bank ! I've app**** online for a personal loan and it was pre approved. I waited for 4 days with no feedback called in so many times and no answer. Only for me to call them and they tell me that I have to come in. I needed this cash when I asked for it. What a damn inconvenience

30 Mar 2021, 08:55I told your consultants what time to call me in a day. And they didn't call me the time I asked for. I work in a callcentre and cannot answer your calls. I'm still waiting for a darn email for and entire 4days. Only for your people to tell me that my loan can't be completed online or over the phone. Your adverts are misleading and so is the info. I will not leave it like this
