Highly inappropriate

Firstly iv made previous arrangements for my new bank account to be debited from to repay a credit card.. However this was never done.. Iv had the calls and all but couldn't attend to it as it was always during my WORKING HOURS.. What I don't understand and appreciate is the fact that your debt collectors comes to my house and discloses my PERSONAL matters to family members.. As far as I am concerned it is AGAINST THE LAW to disclose anything to anyone other than the CUSTOMER unless stated otherwise!!!!

I am highly upset cuz its really not my fault that this account has "fallen in arrears"

I can sue you guys for disclosing such information!!!! Cuz it's AGAINST THE LAW!!!!!
