HELP REQUIRED
I have an existing loan and credit card with ABank and my loan is in arrears im currently abroad and will be for the next month. My wife who is in SA tried to make arrangements to pay on my behalf and call centre refused to assist. I received a faulty credit card on the day of acceptance and when complained about it I was assured by Consultant it will work and it did until it lasted. Is it possible my wife can forward you an affadavit from my employer stating im abroad and would like her to settle my loan on behalf of me. And I would like to have my available funds on my credit card deposited in my FNB chq account or I give my wife permission as she has all my documentation with her. Or would you prefer to courier it to me? As it is very important you can reach me on email address or my wife on the number that will provided<br> Your urgent response will be highly appreciated <br>
