Help me

Im extremely flabbergasted with the service I've received from this bank. I've Over paid my Credit card by R8000+ and it was due to be paid back on my account. I received an Sms on the 4th of October 2023 advising that money Will be paid back till today no one has answers. I'm being sent from one back To another, however no one is willing to assist or take ownership. African Bank in West Street you need to do better by your customers.
