Help

I'm really disappointed as a customer, I done an application only last week and received a SMS on the same day, ever since I've received nothing everytime i call i get transferred to this person and that person so i went to the branch they said they can't help since it was done online now I'm trying to cancel the application and that too they cant do now I'm stuck all the people from this bank that I talk to got the same answer over the phone and in person the very same answer i gave up
