Help

I had two loans and overdraft account with African Bank. January or February I checked my balance for my overdraft account and it was two thousand something. July I asked for settlement letters for my two loans and asked for balance on my overdraft account it was eight hundred and couple cent. I settled my loans. October 2023 I now have a new balance of six thousand I don't know what happened. I tried to call but I don't understand the agent who is helping me. I asked for recording for 14th July 2023 to proof that my balance on that day was eight hundred.
