help

I have a debt with African bank but due to unemployment , I'm unable to make a payment but recently being trying to some small payment to African bank . now the is a company who want to employee me and they request a arrangement letter but African bank the are refusing to give me a payment arrangement letter so I cant hand it to the interested company. I have being trying to get the letter for over 4 months and now the company is giving the last chance to submit the letter, faired to submit I will lost the opportunity and I was be able to honor my arrangement. I'm only left with today to submit
