Hate for African bank

So I took a loan with African bank I was not working when I started working I accepted their Debicheck what African did today they take money off my account Every month now I got money today which was suppose to pay my kids fees they debited again reason I do not know I want that money reversed as you debit your money month end i am highly disappointed and angry
