HARRESMENT AND INVASION OF PRIVACY BY AFRICAN BANK
I am not a African Bank client but I am assisting my brother to pay his account due to unforeseen circumstances.
An amount of R265.00.. is paid to African Bank every month(this is done with prior arrangements made to this amount been paid)
Yes...this payment is done after the due date but its obvious that a penalty in the form of interest is paid.

I have never missed an instalment yet ....I AM NOW A VICTIM OF HARASSMENT AND WORST AN INVASION OF PRIVACY.

Some how your consultants has tracked down my work contact no. and phoned me twice so far after me giving them by cell no....for future contact,i am not allowed to get calls at the work nos. and FURTHER MORE
THE CONSULTANT ASKS THE RECEPTIONISTS ALL PERSONAL DETAIL S ABOUT THE CLIENT AND ME..I DEFINITELY CONSIDER THIS AS INVASION OF PRIVACY!!!!!!

So why is African Bank calling me?
YOU ARE GETTING MONTHLY PAYMENT!!1
IF THE PURPOSE OF THIS CALL IS TO INCREASE THE INSTALMENTS...SORRY THIS IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN
MY ADVICE TO AFRICAN BANK IS TO HUNT DOWN YOUR CLIENTS THAT IS DEFAULTING PAYMENT AND LEARN FROM PAST MISTAKES THAT NEARLY COST YOUR BANK CLOSING DOWMN
